Our 35 years of food service experience combined with Chef/Partner Apodaca's training at The Culinary Institute of America provides us with the foundation for exemplary service. We are the Town of Taos Convention Center's In-House Food Service/Licensed Alcohol provider. Whether you wish to have an elegant Southwestern Menu with formal table service or a casual barbeque, we can meet your needs at many unique Taos locations.
